New Contractor's Application

All Contractors doing work within the Town of Lowell are required to be licensed.

Applicants will need to:

  • Fill out the application for Contractors License as instructed in the application.
  • Be sure you attach two 2" x 2" photographs of yourself to the application (Driver's license ok).
  • Return the completed application with a check or money order payable to the Town of Lowell in the amount of $100.
