The Town of Lowell in coordination with the Lake County Solid Waste District accepts discarded electronics devices at the Lowell Street Garage. The Street garage is located at 598 S Union Street. The recycling bin is a large blue shipping container located inside the gates. Electronics recycling may be deposited INSIDE the shipping container between the hours of 8-4 M-F.
