On  November 15th, 2024, the Lowell Police Department was dispatched to the 16600 block of Holtz Road to investigate an incident of Criminal Recklessness and Criminal Mischief.  Sometime between November 13th and 15th, the Town of Lowell Waste Water Treatment Lift Station had multiple rounds from a firearm fired into it from the east of the location that resulted in property damage exceeding $10,000.   Evidence has been recovered and is being analyzed and surveillance footage is being reviewed to identify potential suspect(s). Discharging a firearm into a building that is often occupied is a serious offense and will be prosecuted as such.
